Stall setup & QR
Add your stall name, menu with prices and UPI ID. BiteLane generates a printable QR code for your counter.
Live oldest-first queue
Token, items, quantity, dine-in or takeaway and payment mode for every order, with a new-order chime.
Batch summary
Total quantity per item across all pending orders, so you can cook in batches instead of one by one.
UPI or cash
Customers pay straight to your own UPI ID with no gateway fees, or choose cash. Tap "Cash received" when the money is in hand.
Token & live status
Every order gets a unique token and pickup QR. The status page moves from received to preparing to ready, with sound and colour change.
Rush controls
Mark an item out of stock in one tap, edit prices instantly and pause new orders when the queue is too long.
Voice announcements
"Token 42, two plain, one aloo, UPI paid." Hear orders without looking at the screen. Mute, adjust volume or repeat with one tap.
Daily sales summary
Total sales, UPI versus cash and your top item for the day.
Order in your own language
A visitor from Delhi at a Telangana stall whose owner writes in Tamil can read the menu in Hindi and order without help. The owner enters the menu once, in any language; BiteLane translates it, and the owner can correct any translation. Dish names like "kulche" are transliterated and the original name stays visible. Orders always show on the owner's screen in the owner's language.
Hindi and English first, more Indian languages added in order of demand.
Starting with a two-week pilot
BiteLane began at a popular chole kulche stall that was overwhelmed at breakfast rush. We're piloting there first and measuring against the owner's paper-token days. The pilot is about adoption: does the owner keep using it through busy hours?
